Dr. Rishi George is a renowned internist, diabetologist, and metabolic physician dedicated to advancing patient care. With an MBBS, MD, FID, PGPC, PGD, and MBA, he combines medical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure Welmont Hospital remains at the forefront of modern healthcare. His advanced training from CMC Vellore, Johns Hopkins Baltimore, and the Royal College of Physicians London has shaped his innovative approach to diabetes, obesity, and preventive cardiac care.
A pioneer in AI-driven healthcare, Dr. Rishi is developing cutting-edge platforms to enhance disease management. He also leads advancements in cardiac rehabilitation, addressing a critical yet often overlooked aspect of heart health. With over 14 years of experience, his contributions to medical research, patient education, and healthcare innovation have earned him several prestigious awards, solidifying his role as a leader in transforming healthcare in India.
Ms. Euphie K Paul

Ms. Euphie K Paul, Managing Director & Strategic Visionary of Welmont Hospital, is a dynamic leader known for her expertise in business administration, marketing communication, and strategic management. With an MBA in Human Resources and Project Management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, along with degrees in Information Technology and Journalism, she brings a diverse skill set to healthcare leadership. Her experience with top organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra, The Prestige Group, and Sobha Developers has refined her ability to enhance operational efficiency, making Welmont Hospital a center of excellence in patient care.
Beyond healthcare, she is a passionate entrepreneur, founding Little Britain Preschool, a premier Montessori institution, and Madam’s Academy of Montessori Education, which trains future educators. She also co-founded ABOE, a high-end food and beverage consultancy, and MammaKunji, an organic clothing brand. With a keen eye for design, she has shaped the aesthetics of Welmont Hospital and her other ventures, ensuring quality and innovation at every step. Her leadership continues to drive Welmont Hospital toward new benchmarks in excellence.
